Born and raised in Massachusetts, Jean-Marie Minton is a 2nd generation full-time realtor, following in her father's footsteps. She is also mother and mother-in-law to the next generation of realtors in the family, her two adult daughters and a son-in-law!
As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and KW Real Estate Planner, Jean-Marie has developed a one-of-a-kind reputation in the seniors homeowner market. Jerry Cooksey, a California native, is the Buyer Agent on the team and knows first-hand about relocating to be near family, in his case, grandchildren.
